You must provide actuall and correct information in order to use my service. You achnowlage and agree you will use only media you own. You can’t upload/post any media which is not yours. I will not be liable if you violate someoneelses rights (including copyright). You will take responsibilty for using someone elses content. You are in the responsibilty to protect your account from unauthorized access of someone else (for example log out after using the service). I will not be liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of someone else using your account, either with or without your knowledge. You will be liable for any and all losses due to someone else using your account. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time. Your account is personal to you and you may not transfer or make your account available to others. I obtain the right to decide in case you lost your account if you will get a new one with access to the lost orders you made.

I can delete your account at any time if you act against these terms of Use, violaiting law or violaiting someone else’s rights. I can also ban your IP for the same reason. I can delete your content (images, media, personal information, comments, profile describtion) if its against these terms of use, violaiting law or violaiting someone else’s rights. If your account was deleted or deactivated bc you acted against these Terms, my Privaty Policy ot any other policy, rules or codes related to my website I have no obligation to refund your losses related to your account. Products you baught on my website won’t be refund. Not completed orders will be cancelled. I can use your data in order to keep a fully functional service. For more Information read my Privacy Policy. You give me permission to publish your avatar, nickname, description and comments on this website. I can cancel your order for any reason at any time. If I do so and you have already payed me, you will get a refund for that sum

Shipping Methods

Since I don’t offer “real” products yet there are no shipping methods. This Section will be updated when I include a real product in my store.

The contract between you and me beginns once you klick “buy now” on the checkout page, and you have confirmed the order within your selected payment method. You agree to pay the price, all fees and shipping costs which relate to the product you baught. You may be directed to a webpage that is hosted by a third party payment service and not by me (such as Paypal). You will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase. If you are using and providing information through a Payment Service Page, you will be subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of that payment service. I have no control over, and shall not be responsible for, any payment service’s use of information collected through these services. Buying products in my shop grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without right of sublicense. My service can be used only for your personal entertainment purposes, and not for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party. Except for the licenses explicitly granted by these Terms, these Terms do not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, source code, ownership or any other right owned by xnatiix. The downloadlink for digital prducts will expire after 14 days. You are obliged to download and store the product in this timespan so you can use it after the deadline. If your order can’t be proceed the price of the product will be refund.

Power of revocation

You have the right to cancel an order within fourteen days without giving a reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date you received the product. To exercise your right of cancellation , you must contact me via e-mail: shop@xnatiix.com by means of a clear statement. To meet the cancellation deadline , it is sufficient that you send the product within the 14 days back. Keep the receipt for contentious cases. The product must be send completely (for example: if you ordered stickers you have to send them ALL back) and in impeccable condition back. You will get a refund of the price after I received and checked the product. If you damaged the product you have to pay a value replacement for loss of value of the good. Digital downloads are excluded from power of revocation. Once you confirmed your order you can not get any refunds.

In case of a disputes
